If you are having trouble logging into the platform, you can try to resolve this yourself by following the steps below:
- Click the 'forgotten your username or password?' link on the left
- On the next page, you can enter either your username or the email address you have provided to us
- If the platform was able to identify you with the details provided in step 2, you should receive an email to reset your password
- Click the link in your email and follow the instructions on the web page
- A second email will be issued with a new password
- Use this randomly generated password to gain access, then you can reset it to a one more familiar to yourself
